Mofaz Group Bids to Extend It's Global Market Reach via World Series Motorsports.


Malaysia has recently created another history in the motorsports world when Mofaz Group,a company wholly owned by Malaysian businessman Mr Hj Mohamed Fauzy Abdul Hamid launched Mofaz Fortec, Malaysian first World Series racing team.The launch was graced by Sepang International Circuit chairman Datuk Mokhzani Mahathir,Automobile Association of Malaysia chairman Tunku Mudzaffar Tunku Mustapha,Motorsports Commission of Malaysia chairman Datuk Azman Yahya and Fortec team boss Richard Dutton.

In tandem with the launch of Mofaz Fortec team in World Series Motorsports,Mofaz Group which produce unique healthy products such as Macho, Diva and La Femina health drinks has signed a partnership with it's china counterpart Dongguan Qiaoyu Trading Company (DQTC) from the Dongguan province to extend it's marketing reach of 1.3 million consumers in China through more than 3,000 coffee shop outlets owned by the Chinese corporation,DQTC .A trading arm of Cheng Yuan Property Investment Group, DQTC which owned assets worth more than RMB5 billion has targeted a sales turnover of RMB 3000 million (RM150 million) from the Mofaz health products in the first year before rising towards RMB1.2 billion (RM600 million) in third year.In the future, Mofaz will continue to spread its wings to the Middle East,Australia,South East Asia,Europe and eventually the USA through similar smart partnerships with local marketing operators.

For the upcoming season,the team has already signed Estonian Sten Pentus who is strongly backed by his nation's Governmental programme under Visit Estonia.Slated to take the remaining seat in the car is Malaysian driver Fairuz who is yet to be comfirmed.The season will see nine stops in eight different Europena nations with a total of 17 races.And for the first time in the history of the sport,all races will be aired live on Eurosport (Channel 814 on Astro).Mr Fauzy,who is also the team principal Mofaz Fortec believes Mofaz centrestage involvement in the motorsports world will also present an excellent high image branding for all it's Mofaz products.
