Teledynamics Sdn Bhd an established and trusted total business systems and solutions provider in information & communication Technology(ICT) for more than 28 years has recently signed an agreement with Golden Arches Restaurants Sdn Bhd to provide in-bound call centre management services for its McDonald's Malaysia nationwide 24-Hour McDelivery Service.The 148-seat in-bound call centre which located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur and occupied 6200sq.ft of office space will runs on a 24-hour basis and is capable of handling more than 20,000 calls per day,
