Sony Malaysia has expands its industry-leading LCD television range with the launch of its new BRAVIA V400 and S400 series at One Utama Shopping Centre on the 9th July 2008.Mr Naoi Sudo,Managing Director of Sony Malaysia and Mr Taku Taguchi,General Manager of Product Marketing Division Sony Malaysia were present to officiate the launch.
The new BRAVIA HD models from 40" and above offer new and improved features such as BRAVIA Engine 2,Intelligent Picture, MPEG. For that ultimate entertainment ambience,the BRAVIA V400 and S400 series also come with new S-Force Front Surround that expands the listenig area to deliver amazing virtual surround sound with just the in-built television speakers.Together with 24P True Cinema technology that incorporates the 24 frames per second film-motion imaging standard,the BRAVIA V400 and S400 series recreate an authentic theatre experience right at the comfort of home. Both of this Full HD models also introduced Sony's Draw the Line concept-designs that was inspired by the horizon where beautiful images float above it.
The new BRAVIA V400's Classic Black exudes an impeccable sense of grandeur as it fits seamlessly into every living hall.In addition,the V400 series 32" model comes in Blazing Red,Pure White and Elegant Brown.
On the other hand, S400 series comes in several playful and vibrant colours for its 20" LCD TVs, allowing users to add more personality and style to a room.The available colours include Youthful Green,Charming Pink,Refreshing Blue,Cheerful Orange and Sleek Silver.
Mr Naoi Sudo said Sony will continues to be the forerunner in LCD TV market with the ultimate home entertainment BRAVIA S400 and V400 that features New cutting-edge technologies.He added the new BRAVIA V and S series offers even more options and wider range of Full HD models for customers to choose.BRAVIA V400 series comes in 3 sizes with 46" retailed at RM7,499;40 " retailed at RM5,499 and 32" retailed at RM2,999 while BRAVIA S400 series comes in 40",37",32" and 20" with respectable price tags of RM4,000,RM4299,RM2,499 and RM1,799.
