AEON Co (M) Bhd Appoints TM To Manage 'AEON Careline" Service



Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) and General Merchandise Store,AEON CO (M) Bhd (AEON) has signed a service agreement for the AEON Careline hotline service to enhance their customer services,which will be managed by VADS Berhad,a listed TM subsidiary which focuses on Managed ICT Services.The service agreement was signed by Mr.Ghazali Omar,Vice President, Enterprise and Government Sales,TM Retail,Malaysia Business on behalf of TM,while AEON CO.(M) BHD was represented by Mr Nagahisa Oyama,Managing Director ,AEON Co.(M) Bhd.
Under the service agreement,TM will be the telecomunnications infrastructure provider whilst VADS will provide its contact center expertise in building and managing the 'AEON Careline'
The "AEON Careline" service will have a single hotline under the 1-300-80-3535 number for JCARD members and JUSCO customers to make enquiries and provide feedback about Jusco Stores.Mr Ghazali Omar said They are honoured to be associated with an established and household name such as AEON and they are confident that VADS will be able to deliver the best possible service with its poven track record in delivering customer satisfaction objectives efficiently.In his speech,Mr Nagahisa Oyama said,"AEON Careline will improve the quality of relationship between AEON and our customers as well as becoming a tool enhance convenience.For more information on TM products and services,visit http://www.tm.com.my/ and for more information on AEON Co.
