SGM:Croatia World Heritage Site At a Glance

Soka Gakkai Malaysia(SGM) has officially launched "Croation Heritage sites on the UNESCO World Heritage List" exhibition featuring forty seven photo-murals with art work by renowned Croation photographs such as :D Fabijanic,Z.Basic,R.Kosinozic,D. Saric,A Bionda,G Niksic,M. Topic,V. Barac and B. Diklic.The exhibition was officiated by H.E Zeljko Cimbur,Ambassador of Croatia,Dato' Prof. Emiritus Zuraina Majid,Commissioner of the Heritage,National Heritage Department,Malaysia and Sokka Gakkai Malaysia Deputy President,Mr Liu Cheng Choong.Photographs capturing the historical core of the cities of Dubrovnik and Split like the Historical complex with the Palace of Diocletian was vividly portrayed by the skillful photographer so as ;the Historic City of Trogir;Episcopal Complex of Euphrasian Basilica in Porec;The Cathedral of St. James in Sibeni and National Park of Plitvice Lakes.The Exhibition was held for the first time in Paris on the 6th October 2004 in UNESCO headquarters in tandem with the announcement of 25th anniversary of the first Croatian heritage sites on the World Heritage List and ever since then it has been held in many various countries and cities around the world.Visit http://www.sgm.org.my/ for more information
